Suggest treatments for constant blockage of nostril

My left nostril is contstantly has a plugged feeling, but there s really nothing coming out when I blow and I m not sick. This has been off and on, mostly on, for a couple years now! The only way I can breath for a few seconds out of it is to pinch my nose closed and blow as hard as I can. As usual, my nose (or sinus) squeaks loudly and I feel a huge pressure build up in my sinus, then I can breath clearly for a few seconds, then it seems to swell shut. I d really like to know if there is anything I can do to get rid of this, or at least be able to breath normally again. It feels like there is a cavity in there or something, and sometimes my left eye looks puffy when I m having this problem.

Hi,

I suggest you to do steam inhalation daily at night and morning. Please try to practice pranayama (breathing exercise in yoga) for 15 minutes daily. You can learn it through online videos. Follow these strictly and your nose problem including sinus problem will be solved. If it still persists after following this, you may have to meet an ENT surgeon and check for nasal polyp or adenoid creating block.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
