Suggest Treatments For Chronic Depression

I'm suffering from Depressive disorder since last 13 years. Under medical advise I have taken some costly as well as cheap medicine over 10 years constantly, but I dont find any change whether I use medicine or not. Now I have given taking medicines for last 3 years. I dont find change with taking or not taking the medicines. So my question is how to get rid of the depressive disorder which has confused me a lot.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Depressive disorder is not a disease and therefore treatment is always provided with a combination of medicines, psychotherapy, meditation and exercises. You need to consult a psychologist who, after diagnosing your case, should teach you coping techniques as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Your depressive disorder should be cured.
