Suggest Treatment When There Is Significant Inflammatory Tissue Reaction In Adnexa And POD Causing Poor Interface Between Pelvic Organs

Hi Dr, I had an ultrasound here is d result, there is significant inflammatory tissue reaction in both adnexaeas well as pouch of Douglas causing poor interface between pelvic organs. Copious fluid collection in the pouch of Douglas no mass.what could it be n it s treatment. Thanks.

welcome to hcm ..your ultrasound gives the impression of pelvic inflammatory disease ..as there is inflammatory adhesions in tubes and ovaries and fluid collection in pelvis .
you need lab test for detection of gonorrhea and chlamydia
i would suggest antibiotics as cap doxycycline 100 mg two times plus tab azithromycin plus antiinflammatory drug as tab aceclofenic 10mg plus serratiopeptidase 10 mg two times
