Suggest Treatment To Remove Excess Fat From Waist And Stomach

Hi, I m from India. I m 24, weigh 65kgs and stand 5 7 tall. I m trying to get rid of my belly. It s not much but I want to have a 4-pack abs. I drink around 375ml of 86-proof alcohol every week. Is it adding to the fat and/or cholestrol? I run around 3kms everyday and walk another 1km. I m also doing around 40 crunches and some other exercises. What else should I do to remove extra fat from my waist and belly?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
According to the information that you mentioned your weight is little more than the normal values for your height. Your work out methods are also good.Better do the exercises which are more specific to reduce your bell. With regard to your diet minimize calories fats alcohol ice-creams refined sugar
Do yoga, exercises, morning walk and also make habits of doing any work that comes across you to drive away the fat build up in your body.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
