Suggest Treatment To Relieve Headache And Soreness In Temple

i was about to take care of my husband in the pleasure of the moment he got a quick trobbing shotting in right side of his head near his temple a vein looks swollen and plumpy it very sore, we stoped for a moment, he decided hes okey as i still gave him plesure. the next today he has headack and very sore aroun his temple area where the vain is swollen. what could this be? what can he take to relieve pain?

It seems that you have a migraine which is causing the issue in your husband. A migraine is a recurrent type of headache that occurs due to a trigger factor. Here are a few things that you can do to help your husband:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
