Hi Doctor, I am 5ft 5" and 165 pounds and I loose weight very slowly plus am 30 so dont have the energy or time to work out as I used to earlier..and very low on motivation. Can I use fat burners like oxylite pro to shed off around 20 lbs along with workout and then stop using it.

At least try to run 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes a day. A method is also intermitent fasting. This means the interval between two meals to be 14 hours. So your glycogen droid will be reduced and your body will use lipids as fuel. Try to eat dinner at 7:00 pm and breakfast at 9:00 am or if you. can't eat it at 8:30. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Best regards.
