The secret of keeping your
metabolism slow is to improve health habits. To do so you need to substitute and not removing foods.
--Add more fruits and vegetables, who have the filling effect, and going for less foods heavy in fat and carbohydrates.
-- Eat frequently and little during day so not to allow yourself to be hungry.
-- Eat slowly and with a variety of foods, so your body is happy and content at the end of the meal.
These are components that made the success of what you want to achieve more probable and possible to keep the result in time.
Exercise helps too, to tone the muscles and remove from body even the small amounts of excess fat.
