Suggest Treatment To Reduce Weight

Hi. I'm a 16 year old gir, and I weigh about 112 pounds. I'm unhappy with this weight and would like to lose 5-10 pounds. For the past three days I have only been eating about 300 calories a day in order to lose weight. Will this cause my metabolism to slow down? And if I start eating more again will my metabolism stay slow, or speed back up?

The secret of keeping your metabolism slow is to improve health habits. To do so you need to substitute and not removing foods.
--Add more fruits and vegetables, who have the filling effect, and going for less foods heavy in fat and carbohydrates.
-- Eat frequently and little during day so not to allow yourself to be hungry.
-- Eat slowly and with a variety of foods, so your body is happy and content at the end of the meal.
These are components that made the success of what you want to achieve more probable and possible to keep the result in time.

Exercise helps too, to tone the muscles and remove from body even the small amounts of excess fat.
