I AM 29 YRS OLD. I AM UNDER TREATMENT FOR A SLIGHT DEPRESSION(HOMEOMEDICINE). NOW I HAVE IMPROVED A LOT. I had gone through the case and found that you need to do yoga exercise and follow the diet plan which having detoxification once a week.
