sir i am 80 kg height 5 feet.. sir ugym regularly.. take just 1000 calories..inthe form of carb, protien fruits veg. milk etc... iave tried many diets but i dont loose weight... it is very very slow if i eat resturent food i put on 1-2 kg in one night.. iam really working hard... my thyroid level is fine... other wise medicaly i am fit ...plz help iam tired

Let me help you out. Yes you are a bit overweight. At 5' , your ideal weight should be around 50 Kg. You need a strict routine. And you need to stick to it for quite some time. There is no magic plan to lose weight.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals. Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
Only diet control cannot help you reach your target. You need to add to that physical exercise in the form of jogging, walking, swimming for at least 1 hour everyday.
Do not lose hope . Get your weight checked after 6 months. Get back to me. All the best.
