General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Perhaps she has- chronic urinary tract infection (that has not affected the kidneys)
- vaginal infection
- diabetes which makes it difficult to treat the infection. Should get tested for diabetes.

Keep good local hygiene. Advise to take cranberry supplement or cranberry juice as a natural urinary antiseptic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
