Hi There

I have read the details provided you and i understand your concern, i would like to tell you that your Total cholesterol is borderline high and the ideal range for it is below 200, your HDL levels are good and your LDL cholesterol is also just borderline line as the ideal range for it is 100 to 129 mg/dl. So nothing to worry about.

Things you should follow to lower them to within normal range:
1. Start morning walk daily for 45 mins a day for 5 days a week
2. Avoid junk and canned food and deep fried food.
3. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet
4. Stop smoking completely (if you do)
5. Keep yourself well hydrated by drinking good amount of water.

Follow this routine strictly for 3 months and then repeat your blood test for cholesterol, you will be all good. Keep maintaining this lifestlye.

I wish you good health

Hi There

First of all dont take stress as your cholesterol profile is just mildly deranged and can very well be brought under control by simple lifestyle changes which am gonna elaborate here.

1. Start going for daily morning walks (brisk walk if you can) for 45 min a day for 5 days a week.
2. Take lots of fluids daily.
3. Avoid eating Junk, Canned, Deep fried food items.
4. Include good amount of green vegetables and salad and fruits in your diet.
5. Restrict the amount of added sugars in daily routine.

Follow this routine regularly for 3 months and then maintain it. Repeat your fasting LIPID profile after 3 months it will be fine.

I wish you Good Health
