Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

I think you these are related to your shoe or footwear and the medium u walk. Correction of gait and also having flexible footwear should solve your problem. Your endurance levels look good by history only thing is troubling which I see is the footwear. Try walking barefoot and see if the pain comes. If pain doesn't come then your footwear has issues. And if comes then the foot muscles need some exercises.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
