I am a healthy mail in his 20's, Soon to be 21. I vigorously exercise on a daily routine with 2 days off concentrating on one muscle or 2 muscle groups per day. I have a good diet planned out and i dont have any problems whatsoever, i had myself checked by the doctor a month ago with a blood test and the result was that i have too much blood and less water, the ratio is off so he asked me to drink more water. I have some stubborn fat and i would like to take this WWW.WWWW.WW Is there a problem?
