Suggest Treatment To Quit Smoking During Pregnancy

Hi, i just found out i am prego. I smoked about pack of ciggs a day and need to know if i should cut back then quit or go the cold turkey way? for the past couple of days i have been smoking about 2 ciggs a day and find that when i want one really bad i get stressed out and sometimes even cry.

HI.

I would recommend reducing gradually and then discontinuing as cold turkey can also pose some threats. But please speak to a counsellor as well who can help you cope. But I am sure you understand that in your baby's best interest, it would be advisable that you stop smoking at the earliest.
