Suggest Treatment To Improve Appetite In Children

Hi, I am kusum I am having two children boy age 7 years old and girl 13 years old, my children are not taking food properly, they eat very little, in the morning also they are not eating both are school going, they are very lean.Please suggest me for this.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Most of the children have food fads at this age.
Give the food the child likes most and not the foods you think they are good for the health of your child.
Stop giving some snack to eat in between principal meals.
Avoid chacolates and junk foods.
Give energy dense foods in small quantities.
