As per your complain Acne or Pimples can occur due to a number of causes like oily skin, clogged pores, hormonal imbalances, bacterial infection, inflammation etc.. The treatment is a combination of antibiotic and anti-acne Oral and topical medication.. The treatment given to you is appropriate as it contains antibiotics like adifloxacin, roxithral and odoxil while Omnacortil is a Steroid. You can continue taking the antibiotics but consult your Dermatologist and discuss as steroids does not need to be taken.. You can add topical medication like ointment containing Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin over the pimples.. You can also apply Adapelene gel.. You can do cool compresses over pimples.. Limit sun exposure.. For dark spots you can wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash.. You can apply ointment and cream containing Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin.. Apply Vitamin E gel over dark spots..
