Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Scars In The Lungs

hello sir i had a tb doctors said but i started to take a medication from 2 months my aim is to go to gulf/us/ coutries for a job my problem is that iam having a scar on a lung ,& i ve heard that the scars must not be present at immigration or health check up on the lungs how to remove scars on my lungs

I can understand your concern.
Almost all lung infection (specially tuberculosis) heal with either fibrosis or calcification or both.
Very rarely complete resolution is seen.
So fibrotic scar lesions after tuberculosis are common after tb.
They will remain as it is through out the life.
No treatment is required and hence not available for these scars because these are inactive, non infectious lesions.
No drug is available to remove them.
For visa purpose, we need to prove that these lesions are not active infectious lesions.
For this, you need to consult pulmonologist and get done CT thorax with Contrast and Bronchoscopy with BAL analysis.
If both these are negative for active tuberculosis then no need to worry for tuberculosis. By this you can argue with visa authority about not having active infectious disease.
