Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Psoriasis

Hi. I have a bad case if psoriasis and just started Humira. In the past month, I have developed severe itching with red bumps (not many but a few) around the crotch area. At first it appeared as other areas of my body suffering from the psoriasis. However, other parts of the body are starting to heal with the Humira but this area seems to be worsening in terms of itching. I am guessing it to be jock itch but the small bumps (1 or 2 in 3 different areas) make me ask.

hi. your history of itching and red lesions in crotch area is more suggestive of fungal infection. most of the psoriasis patients do not have much itching plus humira is an immunosuppressant. it will improve psoriasis and worsen fungal infection. therefore am prescribing you a course of antifungals
tab terbinafine 250 mg once a day
tab cetrizine 5 mg once a day
luliconazole cream twice daily
you can take these medicines along with humira. follow up after 15 days.
thanks
