Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Chicken Pox Scars

recently last month I had chicken pox and there are spots and marks still on face. I have neither scratched them nor touched them and none of them is infected. Will be grateful if you could confirm what shall I do in order to remove them. I am 31 years old.Will be forever grateful if you could let me know please.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if this is the scar formation after the chicken pox but this is nothing to worry and no need to take any medicine for this neither any medicine would clear the scar but this would come around on its own be patience, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
