Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Conception is a complex process and to find the cause we need to conduct a few investigations like your thyroid profile, hormonal panel, ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis. I should also let you know that infertility is only considered as a diagnosis if a couple fails to conceive after at least 1 year of unprotected sexual intercourse, so your process could still be considered normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best wishes,
Dr. Shoaib Khan
