hi Shafqat,
Thank you for posting your query in Health Care Magic, i understand your concern.
Considering your age and height ideal weight is expected to be around 75-80 kg. So i think that since you are a little less than your ideal weight range you can afford to put on a little weight. Since you have tried everything to gain weight in the past, there could be many reasons for you not putting on weight.
It could be genetic or due to increased BMR.
Get a thyroid profile done to rule out possibility of hyperthyroidism.
Some tips to increase your weight are taking high calorie diet (balanced) in six divided meals a day. Join a gym for training your muscle mass build-up along with continuing your protein supplements.
And for your halitosis, finding the cause is the first step for treatment.
If its because of the acid reflux form your stomach, then treating the acidity issues will reduce your bad breath. Try with capsule omez 40 mg twice daily before food .
If its due to dental issues, then use a chlorhexidine mouthwash after every meal and brush twice daily.
Using a tongue cleaner along with frequent flossing should help you.
hope this helps, write back to us for further assistance.
wish you good health.
