Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have Chapped Lips and the blackening of the lips seems to be due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation..
It can occur due to a number of causes like Chronic dehydration, Nutritional Deficiencies, smoking, fungal infection etc..
I would suggest you to apply a thick coat of Petroleum jelly or Beeswax containing lip balm..
Apply it frequently throughout the day..
It will help in lubrication of lips as well as locking up moisture..
Do cool compresses over the lips as it will help in improving blood circulation..
Drink plenty of water..
You can also exfoliate your lips with a gentle scrub..
For reducing pigmentation you can pay Honey over the lips..
You can also scrub your lips with a piece of lemon by sprinkling salt over it that will act as scrub and lemon will have Bleaching action..
Creams containing Kojic Acid are helpful and can be used long term..
Maintain a good hygiene..
Avoid direct exposure of lips to sunlight or very cold and dry air..
Avoid sucking or licking the lips as it leads to evaporation of moisture..
Avoid application of lip cosmetics..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
