Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I can very well understand your frustration in dealing with acne. Oily skin and acne go hand in hand.
Moreover, Acne is chronic and may last for years; therefore you need to take care of your skin regularly till acne activity dies down at a certain age, usually by itself.
You may use a salicylic acid based cleanser for oily skin. Salicylic acid inhibits oil Lproduction and deep cleanses pores.
Clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide are quite good for mild to moderate acne and may be used as a spot treatment for active acne during day time.
I usually ask my patients of acne to use a topical retinoid at night e.g Adapalene. Retinoids are antinflammatory as well as comedolytic; they prevent new acne while treating existing ones.
It is advisable to use a topical retinoid once every alternate day Or twice in a week to maintain the improvement and prevent new acne formation till at certain age when acne activity dies down on its own.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful. Your dermatologist might also contemplate starting you on Oral antibiotics like doxycycline or azithromycin, if your acne is inflammatory.

Regards
