Suggest Treatment To Cure Pimples And Under Eye Circles
Hi... I am 24 yrs girl.i am doing night shift in call centre.Due to which my sleeping time is nt more then 4-5hrs a day.I also have dark circles around my eyes.I tried a lot to increase my sleep timings bt nothing work.I am very mch concerned abt my face as i also have pimples and marks..i dnt like using cosmetics.please tell any home remedy to get rid of dese dark circles and pimples.any diet dat canhelp.Also my weight is 40 kg.bt i eat a lot.still i am very skinny.My mom is also thin bt she has perfect figure unlike me.Is it heridity that I am skinny.??please help me.

first of all stop all cosmetics, it blocks the pilosebaceous unit and provocate acne.
for acne use salicylic acid 2% face wash, azeleic acid 10%gel to be applied once daily at night.
for periorbital hypermelanosis (under eye dark circle) first maintain your sleep cycle. there are lot of procedures like chemical peeling - arginine done at interval of 3 week by dermatologist, home care cream - averta under eye cream which is applied locally twice daily
