I would keep a possibility of an Irritant dermatitis/chemical burn secondary to garlic application.
I would suggest that you use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g fluticasone propionate cream, twice daily for a few days for it.
Moles are best removed with a Laser from an experienced dermatologist. Home remedies wont get rid of moles and moreover they may leave behind unsightly marks.
