My Grand Maa Aged 84 Years Suffering From Blood piles. she also Suffer some time from constipation whenever piles problem arise the whole pile came out from anal and start blooding and there after sometimes goes or some time not go back sir we go to many doctors and they avoid opertaion due to overage. what will we do please give us treatment

Please treat your constipation first and try to avoid foods that cause constipation completely, don't take junk food and take lot of salad and fluids. Sitz bath must be given regularly till she is having this acute phase, so try all this first. If no relief than definitive treatment is surgery but even than she has to take care of constipation by modulating her diet.....tc care
