Suggest Treatment To Control Cholesterol

Soo i used to run on the tredmil(2.5-3 miles,450-550 calories burned) usually everyday.

But now I am doing swim team at my highschool. We do dryland for 15 minutes(pushups, situps, jumping jacks, etc.) and swim for an hour(swimming laps, all strokes, over 50 laps a day)

am i burning more calories by swimming? I still run but only saturday and sunday-when i don't have swimming because my mom said it's too much. I also do pilatees everyday for 30 minutes. Am I burning more, less,or the same?! thanks(:

btw: i am 5'3 and weigh 100lbs and i'm a female!
