Suggest Treatment To Completely Cure Erectile Dysfunction
I think I am suffering from Erectile dysfunction. below are my few test results:- 1. Testosterone free Serum = 7.58 pg/ml 2. Testosterone Total= 1.4 ng/ml 3. Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy (Total)= 15.8 ng/ml 4. Blood Sugar Fasting = 81 mg/dl 5. Glycosylated HB (HBA1c) = 4.6% 6. Vitamin B12 = 134pg/ml I have also undergone Penile colour Doppler. Following were the findings:- Grey Scale findings: Scans show both corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum of normal eco pattern. No mass or Calcification seen. Colour Doppler Findings:- Resting flow cavernosal Artery was 7.64 cm/sec. Injection Papervine 30 mg was injected into one corpus. Cavernosum ans systolic and diastolic velocities of cavernosal arteries were measured at regular intervals after angel correction till 35 minutes. Maximum systolic velocity recorded was 28.9 cm/sec. Maximum diastolic Velocity recorded was 4.60 cm/sec. Loss of diastolic flow and diastolic reversal was also observed. Note: Patient did not achieve much erection or rigidity. IMPRESSION : NORMAL SYSTOLIC AND DIASTOLIC VELOCITY OF CAVERNOSAL ARTERIES. ADVICE: CORRELATE CLINICALLY. PLEASE ADVICE FULL CURE AND TREATMENT I SHOULD TAKE. I AM 30 AND MARRIED FOR 2 MONTHS.

From report I think Your testosterone is very low, which is main casue of your problem.
You should consult the sex/infertility specialist.
You can take following treatment:
1. Start exercising, losing weight, stopping smoking and alcohol if you are taking
2. Tablet viagra 50 mg taken about one hour before sexual activity. It may be taken between 30 minutes and four hours prior to sexual activity. maximum dose of 100 mg daily or reduced to 25 mg daily. Do not use more than one time daily
3. Testosterone Replacement Therapy
4. Alprostadil urethral suppository-By applicator to insert the suppository into yourpenile urethra, erection usually starts within 10 minutes and lasts between 30 and 60 minutes.
OR drug : paroxetine 10 mg 30-40 min before sex
5. Talk with your doctor
6. Do discussion with your partner that help in gaining psychological trust
7. Distract your mind from sexual stimulation
8. withdrawing the penis altogether,
9. purposefully ejaculating before sexual intercourse
10. using more than one condom
11. use squeez technique to reduce excessive arousal
12. Tablet of Vitamin B12 and vitamin D to treat its deficiency
13. Take healthy diet.
