Hello,
To clear the mucus and dry crusts you can use a normal saline nasal sprays and wash with it 2 times a day.
The saline wash will help to keep the nasal skin healthy and wet and the dry crusts will get removed by its own.
The you can get an ENT consultation to get examined for any disease inside the nose like deviated nasal septum which is aggravating the problem , and get it treated.
