I M 20 EARS OLD AND 5' 11" TALL I HAVE A GOOD PHISYQUE EXCEPT THAT I M 72 KGS BUT MY AREA OF WORRY IS THAT I HAVE AN UNEVEN FAT DISTRIBUTION ON MY CHEST ITS NOT IN SHAPE.. I WANT TO HAVE A CHEST IN SHAPE..PL TELL ME WAT IS THE PROBLEM AND AND WAT IS THE CURE??

1.Focus on losing overall weight. The idea of spot-training to target fat is a myth. You cannot lose fat in just one part of your body. If you decide that weight or fat build up is the source of your problem, you will need to ensure that you lose weight overall in order to reduce your chest.
