Suggest Treatment To Be Followed For Pulmonary Embolism

hi ..i am a female of 34 years with 4 kids my height in 5.7 nd weight is 70 kg...i was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism with a small clot in one of my lung..i am on warfarin for the last seven months....my inr levels r not much settld....dose is adjusted after every one week....now for the last 15 days i am having chest pains...palpitations sp while sleeping ..echo was done in which right ventricle is mildly enlarged wth border line report....docter has given me delaware 6.25 mg nn valtac of 40 mg per night...at times i fl very restless specially while sleping fl as if somthing is moving in the chest...any precautions and diet you suggst....i have problem also when i eat ..at times get berathless

I can understand your concern.
Anticoagulant drugs can cause gastritis and related chest pain, burping etc especially at night in supine position.
So better to avoid hot and spicy food at night.
Avoid large meals in the dinner.
Go for walking after meals.
Keep 2-3 pillows under head in bed to prevent acid reflux.
Continue Valtac (antacid).
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
If symptoms continue despite of all these then get done CT pulmonary angiography to rule out worsening pulmonary embolism.
