Hello there! Thanks you for writing us here.
Hormonal imbalance is also because of stress and lack of sleep and poor health. I would suggest you to take some rest and relax yourself and also have proper diet.
Never skip your meals and have at least 8 hours of sleep.
Wait for a month okay? Keep having your medications which are prescribed and if still you don't feel any change, then its suggested to have an abdominal CT scan. Such symptoms are seen in case of abnormal adrenals, where facial hair and heaviness of voice seen as well. Don't worry but maintaining a good health would help you.
Regards,
Dr Gunjan
