Hi dictor. i am facing vericocele problem last 5 year. my sperm count is 0.9 ml . What can i do what is the best option for me it s surgery or using medicine. Now i am consultanting for a doctor last 2 year. they are give me medicine fertyl m 25 mg .cobodex czx.What can i do Please help me.

Varicocele causes low sperm count which result in infertility. As you already tried medications from 2 years, so now better go for surgery.
