Suggest Treatment Option For Premature Ejaculation

Hi sir. I hve premature ejaculation problem I last 1 min to 2 min maximum . Im 30 male do administative work doxument controller weight 96 length 173 cm smoke pack of cigarettes daily but no weed or any illegal smoke and no alcohols at all. I don t have any illness but have a little high cholesterol. I hate to take any medical supplements so I don t get used to it. What to do??

in my opinion it is very necessary to treat high cholesterol levels .

also check for blood sugars

antidepressants would be very useful for premature ejaculation
