Suggest Treatment Needed After Taking 60 Tablets Of Tryptomer

2 hrs before my wife taken 60 tablets of tryptomer 10 mg , she was so angry due to very stupid things,I am in delhi right now and my wife is in varanasi, my parents consult a doctor and he said give her boiled milk after every 30 min and do not let her sleep...can anyone advice what to do other things please

Well I don't know what is the action of boiled milk and what is the use of preventing her from falling asleep. In fact I can't think of any scientific basis about it.My suggestion is to take her immediately to an hospital.She may require procedures like stomach wash,Rules tube aspirations and other life saving measures and close monitoring.
With my limited medical knowledge, I strongly believe that giving milk alone wount suffice this current situation.
