Suggest Treatment Is Improve Memory

hi doctor i am 15 years old . my board exam is going to start next month. i was a brilliant student till 9. but i am now losing my memory .iam not able to remember things that i had just read . now iam getting low marks.iwanted to increase my memory.and brain speed what should i do,eat?

there is no drug to improve memory....except I some cases of dementia. Problem u r facing is not dementia.....what u r experiencing is very common....it is likely due to inattention. Change technique of study.....understand things....don't recite....
I would suggest a book to improve memory with very good and practice tips.....one is by Raj Bapna and other is by Bishroop Roy Chawdhary....
