General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be mastitis. Other possibilities like breast cancer have to be considered. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.

An ultrasound and cytology of the discharge have to be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
