Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection With Clumpy And Foul Smelling Discharge
I have been battling a yeast infection for over a year now. I have it on my feet, the outside and the inside my vagina, and in the creases of my legs. But this is different than the yeast infections I had before, the discharge is green, clumpy and has a very foul odor. Could this be something else?

Infection is mostly caused by mixed flora of organisms such as fungus, protozoa and bacteria.
Advice for you
1. Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral for 3 days
2. Fluconazole 150 mg weekly per oral for 4 weeks – total 4 doses
3. Metronidazole 500 mg orally twice daily for seven days
4. Metronidazole gel 0.75%, one full applicator (5 g) intra-vaginally twice daily for 5 days
5. Apply Lobate – GM cream in leg every 8 hours for 15 days
6. Investigation - R/E urine, vaginal smear examination including Gram’s stain, blood sugar (F & PP)
