Suggest Treatment For Worsening Of Depression Symptoms

hiya for awhile now ive been feeling constantly tired and constantly hunger.. i need to pee all the time and get aches and pains for no reason. i get a dry mouth alot at night and sometimes feel really dehydrated. in October i was diagnosed with depression and put on Citalopram.. It feels like it hasnt been working lately and all these symptoms are getting worse. Its affecting my job now the tiredness. Please help.

Thanks for trusting health care magic
If I were to treat you, I would first optimize the dose of Citalopram (20-30 mg/day) and and wait for another 3-4 weeks. If that doesn't work, I would change it to something like Venlafaxine (150-187.5 mg/day). In addition I would advice you regular exercise and meditation. You can discuss about it with your Psychiatrist.
