Suggest Treatment For Whiteheads

I am 22 years old. My skin has large number of freckles, sweats a lot and develops white heads easily during summers. I have been using adapalene and suncros aquagel. But not much change. The sunscreen gets greasy as i sweat a lot. Please advice me on how to manage this.

Dear

You have two problems, of whiteheads and freckles, and the best way out would be to change your sunscreen and to wash your face frequently. This would also take care of the excessive seating part too. The gel that you are using can easily be substituted by clindamycin cream or by benzoyl peroxide cream 2.5% to control whiteheads. These whiteheads represent blocked pores of oil producing glands and regular face wash, may be one containing salicylic acid, should provide a good relief to you.
Use of antioxidants minimizes the need for sun screening agents. i recommend that you should try that. Hopefully, you will get better and all will be well again.
