Suggest Treatment For White Rashes On Back Of Palm And Fingers?
I am having some skin allergy which emerges once the season changes and mostly when its changes from winter to summer. White rashes emerge at the back of the palm and onthe fingers. Really embarassing When meeting with people and have to shake hands with them.

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturizing cream on the entire hands 2-3 times in a day.
