Well the symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as lie bump also known as transient Lingual Papillitis . This occur when papillae on the tongue get irritated due to various reasons like hot and spicy food , acid drinks or food , and any other minor injury . This condition can also occur due to stress and hormonal imbalance . Usually clear up without treatment and within a few days. But your should not pluck then by your own as then can get infected and cause further complications . I would suggest you to consult oral pathologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine carefully and rule out conditions like scarlet fever , syphilis and traumatic fibroma . Keep yourself hydrated. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory .
