Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through you query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain the symptoms seems consistent with Speckled Leukoplakia or Erythroleukoplakia in which there is a combination of mixed red and white patches..
It is more aggressive lesion then leukoplakia and you should immediately consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and also advise you biopsy to confirm the cause..
In case of speckled leukoplakia he can advise you topical application of steroid oral paste, taking beta carotenes [precursor of vitamin A], antioxidants like Lycopene and multivitamin supplements..
For pain numbing gel containing Lignocaine can also be applied..
Avoid spicy food and take soft diet.

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
