Suggest Treatment For Wheezing And Sore Throat

I have a very sore throat; it has now been occurring for a week, but the past few days I have begun to cough a lot, wheeze and cough up yellow mucus. I have a history of Asthma and Bronchitis, but I do not know for sure what is wrong. My head is pounding non stop and it hurts to open my eyes, I prefer a dark silent room. On top of all of this It hurts to drinks, eat and swallow

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Chest x ray
2. PFT (pulmonary function test)
Cough, wheezing and yellowish mucus can be seen in either lung infection (pneumonia) or bronchitis. And Both are common after sore throat.
So get done chest x ray to rule out lung infection.
And PFT is needed to rule out bronchitis.
So better to consult pulmonologist, first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
