Suggest Treatment For Weight Loss

Hi, I'm an overweight young woman, and I've tried a lot of diets. I've started running 3 times a week (about a month into my excerise routine) and I'm still not really losing weight. I'm thinking of adding a diet pill to my regimen. I've been looking into apidexin online, but I'm not sure the sites I'm reading are legitimate. Is it safe? Effective?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum .
As you describe, only the exercise wont help you to loose weight.
Diet pills effectiveness and side effect profile, may not be documented, they can be tried on individual risk.
You can achieve the loss of weight by following 3 steps.
1)Minimize, the intake of calories, fats, fries, oily foods, and ice creams.
2)Increase the activity, by practicing yoga, exercises, morning walk,
and do any work in front of you what ever the work is.
3)Minimize the sleeping time follow the late to bed, and early to rise. Avoid sleeping during the day time.
