Suggest Treatment For Weight Loss

I had thyroid cancer back in 1996 and had my thyroid removed. I have been fighting with my weight every since. to day i am older and i have been so tired no motivation what so ever. what can cause this. is there something over the counter i can use that is not bad for you?

Low levels of thyroid hormone can cause weight gain. If your levels are low it would be best to use thyroid hormone replacement.
Thyroid hormone is important not just in weight management but plays a part in different functions of the body.

There are multivitamins that may help improve energy levels.

In addition to thyroid hormone replacement if needed, consulting a nutritionist or weight loss doctor may help.
