hi doc,i am a house wife and my problem is that i am a skinny type of girl ,my weight is 48 kg and and 21 years old,though i completed my 4 years of married life and i have one child,but i am very thin.i want to look good pysically,plz tell me whom i need to consult,and which doctor is good in hyd and in which hospital.i had consulted many dr specially gyn but no result i found,i want to increase my weight

Weight gain can be achieved by increasing calorie intake (calories from food and drink) and decreasing your energy output (energy loss by activity).

This means increasing the portion sizes of your meals and also the frequency of meals (snacks between meals).

You would have to be careful not to gain too much weight that would then cause an increase in risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
