Suggest Treatment For Weight Gain In A 11 Years Old Child

My 11 year old seems to be gaining weight more and more but she is very active... It all started when she was 5 and had an accident with her arm and had to have surgery. Since then her immune system was terrible and she became allergic to gluten but since then is ok with it now. We have had her thyroid tested and it just a the normal levels... Why is she gaining so much weight when my other 3 kids are very thin and they eat the same stuff...

Thanks for the query.
Is there any swelling in hands and feet?
Moon face?
Does she is having some medications going on?
Lack of exercise may be contributing to your child's weight gain.

Some remedies are-
Gets several servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
Eats whole grains, such as brown rice and whole-wheat bread and pasta.
Drinks water instead of juices or sugary drinks.
Doesn't have more than 24 ounces of milk a day (and doesn't sweeten it!).
Limits high-fat foods.

See a doctor and evaluate cortisol level, heart, liver , kidney diseases should also be taken into account.

Hope i helped you.
