Suggest Treatment For Weight Gain And Shaky Hands

Hi, i am 25 years old and i have gained weight in the last 2 years. i was under stress because i didn't had job.Also i use to smoke almost 10 cigerattes each day. i quit smoking for a while and started again now. My problem is shivering hands and weight gain. please help me find a solution

It is really important for your long-term health that you stop smoking. The weight gain has to do with how many calories you burn vs. how many calories you take in in your diet. At 25 years old you need to be exercising every day, even if it is just walking for 30-60 minutes. Eating less calories and especially carbohydrates in your diet can help you lose weight. Carbohydrates are sweets, fruits and starchy foods like bread, pasta, potatoes and rice. You may also want to have your doctor check your thyroid status because low thyroid can contribute to weight gain
