Hello! Thank you for writing. Frankly I don't suggest the use of pills. As you said before the moment you stop using them you will regain weight. You will spend a lot of money in vain. And have nonprofit. They low your apetite. But as soon as you stop them you return as before. You can take pills for the entire life. So the best way is to adapt a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. I suggest you intermitent fasting. Eat dinner at 7:00 pm and breakfast at 10am and then lunch as usuall. While you will undoubtedly feel hungry on occasion, that is perfectly normal. Once your body adjusts, you may be surprised to discover how much less food you will consume to feel completely satisfied. You'll be amazed, as I was, when you begin to see your food cravings literally disappear once you have regained your ability to burn fat for fuel.
